Installation support in an era of persistent conflict is typified by surges related to Active Component (AC) deployment/redeployment and re-stationing, and Reserve Component (RC) mobilization/demobilization and medical holdover (MHO) /Warrior Transition Unit support. The contract vehicles used by the government are designed to provide these garrison augmentation services through a flexible, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) that obtains the needed support without creating excess capability.  Service Providers are expected to  provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, test equipment, and other items and services necessary to accomplish Supply, Vehicle Operations and Maintenance, Traffic Management, Civil Engineering, Fuels Management, Airfield Management, Weather, and Transient Aircraft Maintenance Services.

Both of our primary divisions, CAV International and US Logistics operate on a daily basis in the Base Logistics and Support Operations arena.
